Astonishing bronze plaque, edited by Eck and Durand, the founders of David d'Angers, featuring Mirabeau, after the bust of Lucas de Montigny, (now in the Louvre). Edition of the 1840s, at the request of the son of the sculptor, testamentary executor of Mirabeau, (which he was in fact the natural son ....). This edition is confidential, engraved and signed on the matrix, by Jean-Marie-Nicolas Lucas of Montigny in thanks to Isabeau, draftsman, and to the editor for his reduction of the low relief ... Condition: good, spot on patina .
