"Louis XV Console In Golden Wood"
A large carved wooden console, gilded and openwork decorated with shells and grape vines. The tray is marble gray violet breccia to knocked and beak of corbin. The lively belt, the openwork asymmetric central shell and the curves and counter-curves of the four feet are markers of the Rococo style. This console comes from a castle of Lyon in the south of France. Marble restored. Restoration of two talonnettes of the back feet. Restoration of use and maintenance.
