A Provençal Louis XVI painted corner cabinet made of softwood and painted in greyish white and blue. Originating from the South of France and of plain construction with a moulded cornice, canted corners supported by a moulded base for sturdy stability. The door is filled with chicken wire instead of panels to reveal the blue painted interior comprising of three inner shelves. The keyhole with a painted diamond shaped surround. The beautiful lines and colouring with its accumulated patina brightens a room whether placed in a kitchen or dining room.
