Bourgeois interior, oil on canvas, by Juliette George, unsigned, in a frame Montparnasse. Dimensions of the canvas 65x54,5 cm. Overall dimensions, with frame, 82,5x71 cm. Juliette George, born in Paris, died December 1, 1966, French, interior painter. She was a student of Jules Adler. She exhibited regularly in Paris at the Salon des Artistes Français, silver medal in 1944, then gold medal. His reproductions of interiors are so exact, while recreating the atmosphere, that historical museums, including the Carnavalet Museum, have acquired for their collections. Ref. Benezit (Gründ)
