"Art Deco Bronze Sculpture Representing Ariane, Italy, 1920-30"
Silvered bronze sculpture representing Ariane who carries the head of a bull. At her feet a dolphin. The sculpture alludes to the myth of the Minotaur. On the basis the name "Cloza" is incised. This is the Italian sculptor Antonio Cloza (Udine 1890-Brescia 1960) whose works are located in Rome, Messina, Rhodes, Cuba.
