Origin : probably China and France.Pair of bottles shaped lamps in black cloisonné enamel mounted with chiseled and gilt bronze mount with a quadripod base adorned of openwork and chiseled decor of scrolls and cartouches; molded higher part of the mount. Body of the lamp with a bulged belly and a tightened neck in cloisonné enamel with a black background on which gilt geometrical partitions and also foliaged flowers such as chrysanthemum, hibiscus and bindweeds filled with polychrome enamels. Body also decorated with middle frieze, just above the bulged part, on a blue background with Asian signs, foliage and small clouds motifs; a frieze of stylized motifs of white ruyi clouds adorned the higher part of the neck like on many Chinese porcelains.
