Pair of Sèvres porcelain plates dated at the back in a painted rectangle S 76 as well as the hollow letters D 76/3 and D 76/4 and further a R. They are decorated with a scene of two children playing with joy to the doll and another representing two saddened children to see their broken doll. These plates are on a gray background, a blue entourage and golden nets around the scenes, the border is a wreath of flowers animated with butterflies, it is surrounded by a row of bronze beads topped with a bow-shaped ribbon carrying the initials AH of the bronzier.
