Bilane : "african Surrealist"

Well, for once, the signature is legible, the problem is that I found nothing that matches !
It would seem to be an African name, which would be corroborated by the subject, but without any certainty other than this surrealist watercolor is not from anyone.
These umbilical tracery, these perforated torsos from which characters act seem to have escaped from a dream ... Mixed technique: watercolor, gouache and Indian ink on paper 31 X 23 cm, circa 1970, well framed in a montage in marie-louise silver and aluminum frame of the time 41 X 33 cm, but having interbedded dirt.
