Clock "Aux bustes des Romains" the dial signed LEPAUTE A PARIS for Jean-Joseph Lepaute, 1768-1849. the body in the shape of an ovoid vase, the neck adorns with putties holding a laurel, the belly with laurel branches, militairy trophies and of plumes, of swans; the handles are made of warior helmets. dial in enamel with Roman numerals, striking bell with external counting wheel and silk suspension.
