Large and beautiful watercolor depicting Saint Peter's Church and Saint Pierre Street in Caen around 1930 / 1935. Cyclists and barges are found in a very lively atmosphere of this part of the street once built medieval house now missing. Work of Fernand Fortuné Truffaut, born in 1866 in 1866, died in 1955.peintre architectures and illustrator, he exhibited in Paris from 1912. Perfect state of conservation. Signed and located. Beautiful frame in gilded stucco Restoration period. Frame: 62 cm x 50 cm. Watercolor: 51.5 cm x 39.5 cm.
