Very large oil painting on canvas by Gaston Anglade, painter Bordelais (1854-1919) student of Baudet and Léon Germain Pelouse, participates in many exhibitions of the society of French artists and present in many museums, specializing in country landscapes with heather. This very characteristic painting of the work of this painter, represents a field of heathers on fnd of a valley or a river. There is also a young shepherdess with her sheep and in the background a house where the smoke of a chimney escapes. Luminous painting in pastel colors, all in perfect condition. Signed lower right and presented in a recent ancadrement.
