"Large Pendulum Portico With Caryatids - Directoire Era"
Large portico clock in white marble and black marble, embellished with rich decorations of bronze chiseled and gilded with original mercury, decorated with an eagle with outstretched wings, two small loves, caryatids on applique, tops, garlands and flowery falls and foliated, rows of pearls, plaque on the base representing putti in the clouds. Large white enamelled dial with openwork and chiselled needles, original movement completely revised by our watchmaker in perfect working order. Presence of some small chips formerly filled on the black base. This clock has the particularity of having two lily flowers applied slightly concealed behind the central garland.
