Pair of candlesticks quiver patinated bronze and gold. The barrel with cut sides, chiselled with friezes of greek, foliage and palmettes rests on a circular base.
This pair of candlesticks is similar to two similar pairs, in gilded bronze, delivered by Ravrio in 1809 for the living room of the 3rd Minister's Accomodation No. 5, Ministers' wing, at the Palace of Fontainebleau.
