"Drawing Vanneries, Nineteenth Century."
These studies baskets in basketry attests to the virtuosity of the artist, unfortunately anonymous, this drawing is full of the charm of these everyday objects. The wicker-ironworkers used to have their community in Paris, the statutes date back to the 15th century, and the apprentices, who wished to gain access to the Master's degree, had to produce their "masterpiece" as in other corporations. The design of these four adorable baskets is under glass but has no frame yet. Nineteenth century. Dimensions 43 cm x 55 cm
