He created the Régina Hotels in Biarritz as well as the Panorama in the Pyrenees, the Beaumont Park Garden in Pau and the Imperial Gardens in Japan, but above all he was the promoter of Hendaye Plage with its famous marina sheltered by the river cove.
Also, when the tender was launched around 1904 for the crazy project of transforming Anglet into "Bayonne-Plage" on the model of the seaside resorts Atlantic, he was naturally in the ranks.
This project could not succeed because of the currents of the bar, but it remains this beautiful project combining pencil, pastel and watercolor, covered with a beautiful blond wood frame.
