Pair of round blue glazed earthenware plates from the engraving on bronze of Alphée DUBOIS (1831-1905) medalist and drawer designer stamp. One of the plates represents the Allegory of the night represented by a naked woman flying in the sky. The other plate is the analysis of solar protuberances. Phoebus half naked, standing on a chariot pulled by a quadriga. A bronze copy is in the Musée d'Orsay.
