Oil on canvas by Elysée Maclet (1881-1962) representing the lively docks of Notre-Dame de Paris. this painter was one of the great specialists of Parisian landscapes (Butte Montmartre, etc.). This painting does not bear the signature of the artist but can be attributed without doubt to the artist: the counterpart of this painting representing booksellers in continuity of this platform, same format, identical frame and similar frame was inherited and shared between the previous owners.
