Janitzk I: Large Watercolor

One thing is certain, I bought this watercolor on August 14th. But what year ??
Having found no continuation who was the artist, I put waiting in a corner and I just exhume ...
It is signed in pencil bottom right but completely illegible and thankfully the name and the title are reproduced on a typographic label on the back. Watercolor 62 X 48 cm, circa 1950, mounted in a wooden frame white marie-louise 71 X 58 rather dismantled (can be shipped without).
