A pair of oriental vases inlaid with bronze, very impressive, Japan, Meiji period, (1868-1912) The vases are encrusted with gold and silver with the subject of a man sitting on the right side and a woman sitting on the left side, face to face. The backs of the vases are decorated with flowers. the vases are in original condition with the old patina. No restorations or missing pieces, the vase is made in three pieces as you can see in the picture. There are small animals on the rim edges of the bamboo decoration, crabs and others.
