Important miniature, signed lower right Molis de Saint Laurent (the knight) representing a young blond boy in brown frock, black panties and white shirt collar to the queen on a landscape background. The round frame in stamped Gold, annotated Year 7 to the right of the signature. Rarissime work of this painter Toulousain, engineer, painter, painter in miniature, pastellist, who exhibited in the living room of Toulouse from 1782 to 1786 and 1790, but of which no work was indexed until today.
