Lounge Set With Corner Sofa Louis XVI

Complete living room set consisting of a corner sofa, two chairs and an armchair. Made in Italy in the early 1800s, in walnut wood. The backs decorated with small perforated wooden harps make it light and elegant. The pyramidal legs are typical of the Louis XVI style The sofa was probably a long linear bench, later adapted, in the past, to a corner sofa. The measurements indicated refer to the sofa, its depth is 50 cm The armchair with arched armrests is 60 cm wide and 50 cm deep. The chairs, slightly smaller, 45 cm wide and 40 deep. The seat height is for all 47 cm. Completely restored, polished with shellac with wax finish. The padding has been replaced, like the fabric, with a red one with small golden dots.
