Rare small fireplace for this model Beaujolais stone, carved in the seventeenth century, Louis XIV period, in a remarkable state of preservation. Its generously molded lintel rests on corbelled jambs, a torus runs along its line of focus. The two lintel returns are visible on the last two photos.
