"Vase Opaline Restoration Period."
This elegant vase, ovoid in shape, has a flared collar and rests on a small pedestal, opaline, it dates from 1830-1840, the belly is decorated with a frieze of flowers, bright and vibrant colors, painted in the hand on the belly. This vase is similar to the work of Jean François Robert who was a porcelain painter in Sèvres in the first half of the 19th century. He directed a decoration workshop on opaline installed in Sèvres near the Royal Manufacture. In good condition, a slight wear to the gilding is noteworthy, this vase is 30 cm high and the opening of the neck is 12.8 cm.
