Brillador and Fanfaron, pack dogs of the princes of Condé. Auguste CAIN (1821 - 1894), animal artist, son-in-law of Pierre Jules Mène, of which he will clearly be influenced, he has received numerous orders from the state for monumental works in bronze, including the two groups of pack dogs from the gardens of the castle of Chantilly.
