Oriental art from the end of the 18th century.
Superb calligraphy and magnificent decoration of plants interwoven with hand repoussé on the entire neck and belly, beautiful patina.
It seems that calligraphy uses the shekasteh nasta'ligh style: it is one of the most recent styles of Islamic calligraphy and the third Iranian style that was created in the early 18th century.
Since most of its forms come from a kind of "break" in the nasta'ligh style, it is known as "shekasteh nasta'ligh" (broken nasta'ligh). This style contains certain aspects of the ta'ligh style and allows it to be written quickly and can be considered as a bridge between the ease of writing ta'ligh and the beauty and subtlety of nasta'ligh.
The difficulty is to push the decor from the inside to the outside. in a perfect state.
Very rare in such beautiful condition.
