Beautiful expandable Art Deco Dining Table from France circa 1930.Amazing Thuja roots veneer at the plate and legs. Excellent hand-Polish with shellac (French Polish) Wonderful Lyra-formed legs with two polished steeltubes in between and chrome colored metal trims around the bottom of the legs. The three inlay plates a 45.5 cm / 18" are newly made by us (what is common with expandable tables from this age). These plates have been ebonized and french polished. It is possible to put in 1, 2 or 3 inlay plates. Possible lengths: 138 cm, 183.5 cm, 229 cm and 275 cm / 54.3“, 72“, 90“ and 108“
Under the fixed Thuja plates, there are black fold-out wood legs (two on each side) for extra stability, if the table is extended. These are hold by an original metal mechanism and hidden under the plates.
