Large à la reine marquetry commode / chest of drawers, 18th century circa 1775.Finely chiseled bronzes, grey marble.
It bears the signature / stamp of a major Parisian cabinetmaker Pierre Macret, master in 1727, that was supplier of the royal family and the French high nobility.
Elegant shapes, perfect proportions, bright colors, top-of-the-range commode.
Our piece is in excellent condition, completely restored as new in a traditional way.
