Sister of the painter Puyroche-Wagner. She was a pupil of Claude Jacquand in Lyon, of Joseph Bernhardt no doubt during his stay in Paris or in his school in Munich. She came to work in Paris and married Jules Salles, sharing her life between Nîmes and Paris. From 1866, she exhibited at the Paris Salon; in 1873 in Vienna; in 1879 in Munich. She painted the subjects of her compositions with a frank and assured touch, on backgrounds serving as discreet decorations.
