Coral & Silver Pendant Brooch

Italian jewel combining history and elegance. Nine coral cameos with profiles of women "in Antiquity" including a larger central. Double hanging system that allows use as a brooch or pendant. 800 thousandth silver mount (no hallmark). It is certainly a mythological subject representing a goddess in the center and nymphs surrounding it. Each coral cameo is unique and presents a woman profile turned to the right. they are set on a slightly curved silver plate and embellished with applied silver patterns such as friezes and micro-pearls. The coral is slightly polished, its color is uniform. The lower part has three pieces of teardrop-shaped coral mounted in a pendant. The back of this piece of jewelry has a metal pin with a rotary security fastener to wear this brooch piece of jewelry, as well as a metal ring that also allows it to be suspended as a pendant.
