Lovely miniature teapot in cloisonne and translucent enamels from Japan dating from the Meiji era. Its very refined decor combined with the small size give the whole a precious character. Translucent enamels associated with partitioned enamels are uncommon; all the more so on a piece of this size and give it a precious character. Japan, 1880s / 1900s. Good condition except some slight wear without incidence and a small weakness almost invisible at the base of the two fasteners of the handle. Neither shock nor lack. Height 8 cm. Length 12.5 cm.
