Interesting carriage clock with case richly decorated with floral engravings, Large and Small Ringtone, repetition and alarm. On the sides it is enriched by a pair of thermometers applied on a mother of pearl support. The escapement is still ad, with helical spiral and compensated balance.
The fired enamel dial is signed Breguet in Paris (*), but like other watches of that time it bears the name of the renowned watchmaker even without being the result of his maison.

Finely engraved gilded brass case with floral motifs, mother-of-pearl side panels which contain thermometers for measuring in Fahrenheit and Centigrade.
White enamel dial with Roman numerals and burnished Breguet hands, Breguet signature in Paris not transcribed but backed on the dial.
Movement with lever escapement, bimetallic balance with inertial blocks, helical hairspring also known as Jules escapement. Grande et Petite Sonnerie quarter and hour strike work on single bell, repetition and alarm. Signed on the front panel Cailly Jeune.
