This important pair of very large armchairs was made in Venezia (Italy) at the beginning of the 19th century, Louis XIV-Regency style
The armchairs have a remarkable quality of carving with garlands elements. The backrest ends with a mixed cross; the armrests and the band that supports the seat are richly carved and the legs, moves are joined by a sumptuous sculpted cross, surmounted in the middle by a vase element.
These two armchairs can be used in pairs or individually in different environments of your home. They are very decorative and can also be thought of as head of the table in your dining room.
