Old cane that belonged to a Bordeaux shipowner, in finely carved rosewood, pommel representing a double-sided character: Jean qui Rit - Jean qui Pleure, helmet with animal head, sulphide eyes, from the 18th century. This rod is in good condition and is of exceptional quality. A note: missing the ferrule and the small leather strap, some scratches and wear of time on the wood, look at the photos.
