Pair Of Elegant XVIII-xixth Cty Glass Jugs, Shiraz (persia)

Rare pair or pendant of 2 XVIIIth century glass jugs, one greenish transparent , the other opaque black iridescent

We notice a slight difference in shape of the end of the 2 pouring spouts and of general silhouette, one traditionally symbolizing the woman and the other the man.

Ewers of Shiraz, Persia (Iran) late XVIIIth or XIXth century

Sizes Height 19cm height * diameter 10cm (and 13cm with the spout) and 18.5cm * diameter 7.5cm (15.5cm with the spout)

PERFECT STATE OF PRESERVATION, which in this case is a feat, considering the 2 pieces lightness and their thin material thickness.
