Two hexagonal medallions finished in arrows carry within them the stylistic representation of the ram's horns.
Each of the medallions, encased in four triangles decorated with hooks, represent a comb (tarak) used by the weaver.
For Muslims it represents the hand of Fatima, a magic amulet to ward off bad luck, still in use today.
(By showing the five fingers of his hand "the five fingers in your eye" to ward off bad luck)
The simple border, decorated with sticks interspersed with stylized carnation flowers, is bordered by a rib in the colors of the carpet.
This carpet has been professionally and ecologically cleaned.
