SILVER OIL HOLDER AND ITS 2 CARAFONS - OLD MAN - XIXth C. The rectangular silver base rests on four feet representing swans. Very fine carving, very ornate model of Empire decor, palmettes, swans, winged children, mascarons, cork supports. Two cut crystal bottles and their caps. Dimensions: height: 35 cm; length: 25 cm; width: 14.5 cm. PARIS 1819-1838 - Master goldsmith: Charles Antoine LENGLET- 32 r. from Bourg l'Abbé to PARIS (its hallmark: a lion, a star, the letters CAL) Magnificent hallmark with the OLD MAN - title 1. Very good condition (missing a few small palm leaves on the receptacles of the bottles). Weight: 665 g of silver.
