State plate in stamped gilded brass, absence of a washer and a nut for its fixing, one of the threaded rods unsoldered but reglued, gilding largely absent, representing the crowned Prussian eagle spread, banner "MIT GOTT FÜR KOENIG UND VATERLAND” (with God for King and Fatherland) holding in its claws the symbols of power, the scepter and the globe, chest overlaid with the coat of arms of the small arms of the Grand Duchy of Oldenburg in nickel silver but of the model for the band.
Coat of arms which can be described as follows, quartered, 1, gold with two fess gules (from Oldenburg); 2, azure, with the cross pattée, with a foot fixed or (from Delmenhorst); 3, azure, with the cross pattée and crowned, with a foot fixed in gold (from the principality of Lubeck); 4, checkered gules and argent (from Birkenfeld); enté in point azure, with a lion Or, armed and langued gules (of Jever).
