"Naples XVIIIè, Large Low Console, Carved, Faux Marble."
From Naples, from the 18th century, large low console in light cream lacquered wood and faux marble on the top, with ornaments of a large shell and foliage scrolls on the front and sides. An open acanthus leaf dresses the top of the arched legs in the shape of an "s" ending on generous, slightly leafy hooves. The top is in faux pink veined marble. Furniture in very good condition with all its structure and sculptures. Small traces of its use on the set.
