Grand Terracotta Fernand Cian Early XXth

Description :
terracotta patina, carved wood, gilded.
This large group represents two angels musicians.
Fernand Cian is a sculptor who worked in the early XXth 1920-1950.
Despite that it's a late work, the quality of this sculpture is very similar to that of the 18th century : decorative vocabulary of details, volumes.
This is not a work interpreted as there is yet in the XIXth.
There is a singing angel reading music and an angel playing the flute.
The quality is really XVIIIth level.
