"17th Flanders Cabinet"
Nice Antwerp cabinet in ebony, red and black tortoiseshell and ivory fillets, comprising eight small fronts and a large drawer, a central door decorated on both sides revealing inside three double drawers simulating five with small knobs in ivory. Original locks but lock entries surely added. Beautiful old but rear base in twisted blackened wood with a false drawer. Old restorations and grafts in places, uprisings and some slight losses on the red scale. Foot height 91 cm, cabinet only high 42.5 cm, long 67 cm and deep 31 cm.
