Living room furniture consisting of a sofa and 4 matching armchairs. Mahogany and veneer of mahogany varnished with a pad and patinated bronze, model back from Egypt with a bust of an antique woman wearing the oriental turban and front feet with claws and posterior and posterior to the Etruscan, curved in saber. Consulate period, late 18th century or 1800. Beautiful model with elegant proportions, fine and nervous sculpture, perfect finishes. The seats are mainly in solid mahogany. Only the horizontal belt crosspieces are clad in mahogany. Excellent condition: our seats have been completely restored to new condition, the pad varnish remade in the old style, the horsehair trim on the strap, stitched with a knife blade and table files underlined with a tone-on-tone hair pass.
