"XVIII Seditious German Engraving"
BERNDT Johann Christian (1748-1812). Rare seditious royalist engraving with etching and chisel, two scenes. On the left two intertwined snakes where appear the profiles of Queen Marie-Thérèse and King Louis XIV and on the right the profiles of King George III of England and his wife Queen Charlotte. Printed work in Frankfurt am Main, around 1793. 13.4 x 9.5 cm
