Hot table, rolling cart presentation in mahogany and silver metal, hallmarks of the house Renaud and J Clermont in Geneva. The silverware is in perfect condition, and the mahogany support has been varnished with a pad. It opens with a silver metal bell on a removable water bath which heats up thanks to the alcohol stove. Intended for presenting and cutting pieces of meat, it has two compartments for sauces. The removable support does not damage the silverware, and recover the juice.
