Drawing: View of the Creuse by Léon Detroy 1857 - 1955 Painter of landscapes, still lifes, flowers and fruits, pastellist, draftsman, Post-impressionist. He lived in the Creuse, which he painted from Fresselnes to Crozant where he had rented a hut which served him as a landing place wrote H. Lapaire. He met his friend Maurice Rollinat there. The friendship with the poet gave him his first renown, which refrained from appearing sufficiently in Paris. A sensitive artist, his invoice is fairly close to that of Guillomin.
