Full margins, mounted in a period frame, stained mahogany decorated with gilded brass rosettes (one redone) at the 4 corners and rosettes edged with laurel wreaths at the 4 circles. very good condition, some stains. Renovated assembly, the old back bore 2 labels which have been preserved, a label from the framer and another bearing probably a collection number Dimension with frame: 50.5cms x 36.7cms
