Superb and rare port office in solid mahogany early 18th century. It rests on the front on 4 ball feet and 2 on the back, a molded plinth surrounds the entire base of the desk. It opens with 7 drawers on the front, 3 in each of the boxes and one in the belt, as well as a door with a molded panel in the bottom of the crotch niche. The niche with rounded sides gives all the elegance to this desk, the whole is topped by a solid mahogany top with cut sides, the original lock entrances are in finely chiseled bronze. Rare and superb quality port furniture in excellent condition.
