"Charles Piguet (1887-1942) Art Deco Wrought Iron Table"
Elegant living room table from the 1930-40 Art Deco period, hot stamped with the monogram CP for Charles Piguet (1887-1942), famous ironworker in Lyon. It presents a curved structure entirely in gilded metal forming a rich interlacing decoration with a so-called gazelle horn motif, the base is united by an animated spacer decorated in the center with a stylized rosette, the top receives a mercurized glass top with cloudy pattern (wear). Dimensions: 65cm long X 45cm wide X 40cm high.
