Large ceramic dish by Jean Lurçat A large stylized rooster surrounded by black and white foliage on a green background. The drawing is by Jean Lurçat (1892-1966), made in the ceramic workshops of Sant Vicens in Perpignan in the south of France, in the 1950s. Signature on the back. A little chip around the edge (see photos) Jean Lurçat is also a painter and designer of tapestries. A museum is dedicated to him in Saint Laurent les Tours (46400) France Diameter: 39 cm Height: 3 cm
