Ring set in platinum openwork at the back and at the front, with cutouts of geometric patterns in the center and a central bezel-set with a superb faceted sapphire in oval shape of around 1ct, all around paved with 8-cut diamonds / 8, around 0.40ct, work from the Art Deco period around 1930, probably German, weight 4.10gr.
