Very good condition, frame dimensions 70.5 cm x 85.5 cm Georges Charles ROBIN (1903-2003), born in Paris in 1903, Georges Charles ROBIN was a student of Paul Michel Dupuy at the École des Beaux- Arts, he traveled and painted throughout France especially the riversides of rural areas. A highly talented landscaper, member of the jury of the Paris Salon, recognized as one of the best post-impressionist artists, he has received numerous commissions, including some from heads of state and European governments. His works reside in numerous private and museum collections around the world.
